PCOA 2026 Garage Sale

It is almost time for the PCOA Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale! The garage sale is highly anticipated each year and attracts many visitors to the neighborhood. It is a GREAT time to clean out the garage, attic, and closets!

The sale will be held on Saturday, October 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Please note that the deadline to sign up is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19^th. If you would like to participate, please contact Erica Earp at Erica.R@pebblecreektx.com or 690-0992 ext. 3. There is no fee to sign up!

Our office will prepare a list of the locations holding a sale, along with each location’s list of “for sale” items. The list will be shared online for sale patrons to access. We will distribute the list the day before the sale by emailing it to the Association’s email list and posting it on the Association’s website, local Facebook garage sale groups, Craigslist, and Nextdoor.

To be included on the garage sale list, please provide the following:

1. Location of your sale
You may hold your sale at your home OR in the Pebble Creek Elementary School parking lot. Please note that if you choose to have your sale in the school parking lot, you are responsible for setting up and cleaning up your own area.

2. List of “for sale” items
Please email your list to me no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19. Your list should include your main item categories (such as women’s clothing, children’s toys, sporting goods, household décor, etc.) as well as any “big-ticket” items you would like to specifically highlight. Your list will be included along with the location of your sale on the garage sale list.
