Garden HOA Monthly Assessments: The Garden HOA's monthly assessments for 2025 are $119.79 per month. Payment is due by the 10th of each month. You can also choose to pay for the entire year in January or for multiple months at a time if you would like. As a reminder, the association can accept checks, money orders, or cash; credit or debit cards are not accepted.
Payments can be made to Garden Homeowners Association or GHOA and mailed to P. O. Box 10660, College Station, TX 77842. You can also drop off your payment at the management office (Pebble Creek Land Company) located at 5102 Stonewater Loop, College Station, TX 77845 during business hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Annual Meeting
Mark your calendars! The Annual Meeting for the Garden Homeowners Association will be held on Tuesday, November 4th at 6:00 pm. at the Pebble Creek Country Club. Please join us for a review of the association’s financials, to provide feedback on the smaller mowers being used by Green Teams, for committee updates and reminders, and to hold the election of board members. As a reminder, a quorum of 3/10 of the votes must be present at the meeting; that is equal to 21 properties being represented by at least one owner, either by their attendance at the meeting OR by proxy. Additional email reminders and a mailed meeting notice will be sent to you as the meeting date approaches, but please plan on attending. We hope to see you there!
GHOA Board Elections
At the annual meeting, the election of board members for the 2025-2026 term will be held. If you are interested in serving, please contact Erica Earp at Erica.R@pebblecreektx.com or call (979) 690-0992.
As a reminder, the board must have no less than 3 members and a maximum of 7 members. The board meets approximately 4 times per year (once per quarter) for about 1 to 1 ½ hours per meeting, and members of the board also attend the annual meeting. The board sets the assessment rate to fund the annual budget, approves the expenses of the association, reviews and approves repairs and improvements to the common area, and reviews and approves the association’s contracts, such as the maintenance contract with Green Teams or contracts for repairs or improvement of common areas. The current members of the board are listed below, and all current members are planning to run for re-election. If you have any questions about serving on the board, please let me know, and I will connect you with one or more board members to discuss their board experience.
