PCOA Annual Meeting and President Elect Election

The annual Pebble Creek Owners Association homeowner meeting and election will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Pebble Creek Country Club. A meeting notice, early ballot, and proxy will be mailed to you no less than 10 days prior to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there!

 

Board Elections

If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please reach out to Erica Earp at Erica.R@pebblecreektx.com or (979) 690-0992 ext. 3# for additional information. Nomination forms are needed by October 7th to be included on the early ballot. If you would like to run but are unable to make the deadline for the early ballot, you can still be added to the meeting ballot OR you can run as a write in candidate. As a reminder, the President Elect serves three years on the board; the first year as President Elect, the second year as President, and the third year as Past President. The board meets once per quarter, and the meetings are typically 1 to 1 ½ hours long. Board members also attends the annual meeting, as well as homeowner deed restriction violation hearings that are held on an as needed basis. Items that need attention in between board meetings are discussed and voted on by email. One board member also stops by each month to sign checks for the association. If you are interested in speaking with a current board member to learn more about their experience on the board, please let me know, and I will connect you with one or more board members.
