Bicycle and Pedestrian Program
This is a comprehensive plan to connect public land and parks and provide a means for people to bicycle or walk for recreation and/ or commuting purposes. Within Pebble Creek there are paths planned (bike routes, bike lanes or pedestrian and bike paths) along Spearman, St. Andrews, Lakeway, Parkview and Pebble Creek Parkway. The land Southeast of the Pebble Creek Development is the hundred-year floodplain and is owned by another developer. The city is looking to purchase the floodplain area in the future and put a path along the stream that runs through the floodplain. Please see map to see the areas and the corresponding type of path.

There have been multiple meetings for the community to provide their input into the planning process. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 6:30 PM at the College Station Conference Center , room 127 (1300 George Bush Drive).
